Category system: This system of organization is used to divide up roster members based on how long they've been in VALOR.

Category 1: The Predecessors

These members have been with VALOR since the very beginning (or within the first five years of its opening).

Category 2: The Veterans

These members are currently some of the forefront of VALOR. They have been in the federation for at least ten years and have made their mark.

Category 3: The Established

These are the members who have broke past the initial barrier. Now they are making strides in VALOR. To qualify, you must be past your third year in VALOR.

Category 4: The Initiate

Last but not least, these are the members who are just starting their careers in VALOR.
